When you enroll in Online Banking and Bill Pay, you can view all help options when clicking on the “General Help” link, located on the upper right-hand of the Online Banking and Bill Pay page.

How do I enroll in “E-Statements”?
You must be enrolled in Online Banking to receive E-Statements. Under User Services choose this option to receive email notifications to view or print your account statement.
