PPP Loan Forgiveness Update

January 9, 2021

Thank you for your interest in the Second Draw Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). Please find attached the PPP 2nd Draw Application Form 2483-SD

To be eligible for the Second Draw PPP a borrower:

  1. Must have received a First Draw PPP loan and has used, or will use, the full amount of the First Draw PPP loan on or before the expected date on which the Second Draw PPP loan is disbursed.
  2. Must have experienced a revenue reduction of 25% or greater in gross receipts in either the first, second, third, or fourth quarter of 2020 compared to the corresponding quarter of 2019.
  3. Must have 300 employees or less.

If you want to apply for the PPP 2nd draw loan, please e-mail the following to ppp@fabt.com:

  1. A completed Form 2483-SD.
  2. Quarterly financial statements (income statements) comparing 2019 to 2020 showing the reduction of gross receipts.
  3. If you decide to use the 2019 payroll to calculate your loan amount, you will not be required to submit any payroll data with your application as we already have that information in file. If you decide to use the 2020 payroll to calculate your loan amount, you will be required to submit your W3 and W2s for 2020, along with documentation showing your SUTA payments, employer provided health insurance payments, and employer provided retirement payments.

A couple of items to remember when filling out your application:

  1. Please use only a physical address. A PO Box is not sufficient.
  2. Please provide us with the ZIP + 4 for the business and all of the owners.
  3. Please fill in the NAICS code for your business. Attached is a list of NAICS codes for reference.

Due to the limited amount of funds provided for in the CARES Act there is no guarantee that this money will be made available to all applicants.

You should consult your tax and/or legal advisor regarding how to satisfy and document that you have met the requirements for loan forgiveness under the Paycheck Protection Program and the certifications you are required to make in the application.

January 7, 2021

Thank you for your interest in the Second Draw Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). Please click here for the SBA Interim final rule. Please read it in its entirety as it explains the program and the terms of the program.

To be eligible for the Second Draw PPP a borrower:

  1. Must have received a First Draw PPP loan and has used, or will use, the full amount of the First Draw PPP loan on or before the expected date on which the Second Draw PPP loan is disbursed.

  3. Must have 300 employees or less

At this time, the SBA has not issued the loan application for the Second Draw PPP loan. Once we receive it, we will forward it to you.

The calculation of the loan amount is similar to the First Draw PPP loan. The borrower will have the option to use the 2019 payroll or the 2020 payroll to calculate the average monthly payroll costs.

  1. Quarterly financial statements (income statements) comparing 2019 to 2020 showing the reduction of gross receipts.
  2. If you decide to use the 2019 payroll to calculate your loan amount, you will not be required to submit any payroll data with your application as we already have that information in file.
